Stopped in here after a trip to Costco. Everything we tried was great. Were not sushi people, so I cant talk about that part of the menu, but the Hamburg steak and tonkatsu ramen were both great. Will be coming back when I want more authentic Japanese dishes that arent sushi.
The staple Japanese restaurant for Duluth area. With consistently great service, no wonder they have so many local regulars. The place is clean and inviting. Fish is always fresh. The portion is generous. Located in a small shopping mall, with plenty of parking. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend.
We four ordered a lot and its around 25 per person. The lunch combo is very cheap with great portions. All seafoods are fresh and the wasabi is good! We ordered the shrimp and veggie Tempura, crunchy and not oily at all. Highly recommend.
I have celiac disease and my server was able to help me find a safe choice on the menu and even offered to bring us gluten free soy sauce!
